Members & Lockers
Your members live in the same system as your till. They can join online, and staff see their membership status, ID check and any locker that's due right there on their tab. No separate list behind the bar.
Paper forms get lost, and someone has to type them up. With CuePOS, new members sign themselves up online.
Each venue gets its own signup page, with a message of your own at the top if you want one. Customers fill it in on their own phone and go straight onto your members list. If you charge a membership fee, they pay it at the bar on their first visit.
Print the QR code poster and put it up by the bar. Customers scan it and join while they wait for a table.
Most clubs track renewals in a spreadsheet, or in someone's head. CuePOS keeps track for you.
When a membership runs out, CuePOS marks it as expired. Nobody has to keep an eye on the dates.
When an expired member opens a tab, staff are asked whether to add the membership fee. Once it's paid, the membership runs for another term.
When a member opens a tab, staff can see whether they're active, expired or barred, and whether their ID has been checked.
Once staff have seen a member's photo ID, they mark them as verified. If you have the member's date of birth, an 18+ or Under 18 label shows too, based on the minimum age you set for your venue.
See each member's visits and spend. Find out who your best customers are, and who's stopped coming in.
In a lot of clubs, the locker list is a notebook behind the bar. In CuePOS it sits with the rest of your members.
Let a locker to a member, renew it, move them to another locker or release it, all from the app. The lockers screen shows which are free, which are let, and which are expiring soon or due for payment.
Key numbers and padlock codes are kept with each rental, with the code hidden until staff tap to see it. Handy when someone turns up having lost their key.
When a rental runs out, the member is asked to renew next time they're in. Renewals carry on from the old expiry date, so paying late doesn't buy free time.
A gift card is an easy present for anyone who plays, especially around Christmas. Sell one for any amount up to £1,000, and once it's paid for, the code is emailed to the customer.
A gift card bought at one of your clubs can be used at any of the others.
Gift card sales aren't counted as takings until the card is spent, and the liability report shows how much unspent value is out there. Your accountant will want both.
If you run more than one club, a member joins once and their membership works at every venue. Each venue still has its own tables, prices and reports.
