Table Booking

Online Booking for Snooker and Pool Tables

Customers book a snooker or pool table on your club's own booking page whenever it suits them, and pay there and then if you want them to. It all lands on the same timeline your staff use behind the bar. The table someone booked at 2am is waiting for them when you open.

Take Bookings Online, 24/7

Plenty of clubs still take bookings over the phone, usually while someone's trying to pull a pint. Online booking takes that off the bar. Customers pick their own time and it just appears on the timeline.

Your Club's Own Booking Page

Each venue gets its own booking page. Put the link on your website, your Facebook page and your Google listing, and you're taking bookings.

Choose a Table or a Table Type

Let customers pick the exact table they want, or just choose snooker or pool and leave the table to you. The regular who always asks for table 3 can have it.

Set Your Own Booking Rules

You decide how much notice you need, the shortest booking you'll take, and whether bookings go up in half hours or whole hours. Nobody can book outside your opening hours.

Take Payment When They Book

A no-show on a busy night costs you a table you could have filled. People who've paid up front tend to turn up, and if they don't, the time is already paid for.

Required or Optional Payment

Make customers pay when they book, or let them choose to pay at the club. While someone's at the checkout, their table is held for them for 15 minutes.

Your Cancellation Policy, Shown Up Front

Customers see your cancellation policy before they pay, so everyone knows where they stand if plans change.

Prepaid Time Is Never Charged Twice

When someone who's paid in advance turns up, staff start their table and CuePOS doesn't charge for that time again.

Every Booking on One Timeline

Bookings from your booking page, the app and the back office all go on one timeline, with a row for each table. Staff can see the whole day in one go.

Phone and Walk-In Bookings Too

Regulars will still ring up or ask at the bar. Staff add those bookings in the app or the back office, and they sit on the timeline next to the online ones. Need to move a booking to another table? Staff can see which ones are free at that time before they pick.

Warnings Before a Walk-In Clashes

The tables screen tells staff when starting a walk-in would leave you short, so nobody gives away a table that's already booked.

Start a Table Straight From a Booking

When the customer arrives, staff open the booking and start the table from there. There's nothing to type in again.

League Nights and Private Events

Keep tables off the booking page for league matches, practice nights and private hire.

Block Out Times

Block every table or just some, all day or between set times, and those slots won't be offered on your booking page. Staff can still book over a block if they need to.

Repeat Daily or Weekly

League every Tuesday? Set the block once and it repeats every week. Blocks can repeat daily as well.

Confirmation Emails With Your Logo

Every confirmation email has your club's logo at the top. It looks like it came from you, because it did.

FAQs

Questions Clubs Ask Us

Can customers book without paying?

Yes, if you want them to. You decide whether payment at booking is required or optional. Taking payment online needs CuePOS card payments, which run through Stripe.

Can I stop last-minute bookings?

Yes. Set a minimum notice period and the booking page won't offer times inside it.

What happens if a customer doesn't turn up?

If they paid when they booked, you've still got the money for the table. Whether they get any of it back is down to your cancellation policy, which they saw before paying.

Can staff take bookings over the phone?

Of course. Staff add them in the app or the back office and they go on the same timeline as everything else.

Can customers book dartboards too?

Yes. Dartboards are set up just like tables, and customers book them the same way.
